Call for abstracts

The abstract submission is now closed.

Please note that abstracts concerning keynote lectures and symposia should be sent in separately; keynote lectures directly to the congress secretariat – and symposia abstracts to the organiser of each symposium.

Abstract guidelines

Please read these instructions carefully before preparing your abstract and submitting it.

1. Abstract text - limited to 2000 characters (including spaces). We recommend using word-processing software (for example Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of characters. Then when finished just paste it into the appropriate box "Abstract". Typing your text directly into the field is not recommended.
Any images or tables which should be submitted along with the abstract should be send by email to ll@bdp.dk.

2. Abstracts must be written in English which is the only official language of the congress.

3. The abstract should give the objectives of the study, methods and theories used, results obtained, and the conclusions reached.

4. The organisers reserve the right to accept or refuse an abstract, to designate abstracts either as oral or poster presentations and to choose a suitable session for the abstract.
Notice of acceptance will be e-mailed to the submitting author by March 15th, 2012.
