Registration Fees

Registration until March 31st, 2012: DKK 3400

Registration from April 1st, 2012: DKK 4400

Accompanying person: DKK 700 Participation in the opening ceremony and opening reception is included in the fee. Accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific programme.

Exhibitor fee: DKK 1500 Exhibitors have 1 free registration included in the exhibition. All other registrations from exhibiting companies, must choose the exhibitor fee of DKK 1500. Only for companies attending as sponsors or exhibitors. All others must pay the regular fee.

The registration fee includes: Opening ceremony, coffee and lunch breaks, congress kit and lectures.
The accompanying person registration fee includes: Opening ceremony and the city hall reception.

Cancellation deadline

Cancellation of the congress can be made until March 1st, 2012 minus a fee of DKK 280. After this date no refunds are made.

Payment

You can pay your conference registration fee by one of the following methods:

Payment by Creditcard: Use the safe onlineregistration. Additional fee 3,9 %.

Bank Transfer: Full details to enable a bank transfer will be made available on your conference invoice. If paying by this method, you must agree to pay all bank charges at the sending and receiving banks. Please specify Invoice Number on the transfer order (for all delegates if paid in one order). An administration fee of 60.00 DKK will be added to the amount due when direct bank transfer is chosen as payment method.

Hotel Booking

A block reservation for participants has been made at the congress venue (4* hotel) and other hotels described below.
We recommend that you to book accommodation along with creating your registration as the congress is taking place in a very busy period in Copenhagen. Special rates has been negotiated for 21NKG participants. The rates, for rooms booked on the registration website, are up to 20% lower than various booking engines and hotel websites.

Hotel Scandic Copenhagen us located in the city center of Copenhagen, within walking distance from Copenhagen Central Station. Feel at home in this 23 sqm traditional room in cool, calm tones. Hotel King Arthur 4*

Surrounding a cosy and charming open courtyard this family owned hotel - a stately old building from 1882 - is located in a peaceful part of the city – just next to one of the man made lakes of Copenhagen. Within walking distance (5 minutes) to the shopping area and Rosenborg Castle.
High quality restaurants, business centre, bar, and parking at the hotel. All rooms with private facilities, television, mini bar, trouser press and hairdryer.
The Helle Thorup Spa is also located inside the hotel and access to the Spa is free of charge for the guests. (Treatments, massages etc... are to be paid for)

The family owned Ibsens Hotel is located right off the Latin Quarter which means a plethora of shopping, dining and cultural attractions just outside the front door. The hotel is within blocks of Strøget – Copenhagen’s premier shopping precinct – and theatres, cinemas, parks, buses and the Metro are all in walking distance.

Hotel Hebron 3*

Hotel Hebron is a lovely three-star hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. The hotel is just few minutes walk from the venue and Tivoli, "Strøget" and the Central Station, from where there are only 12 min. by train to the airport.

Hotel Cancellation

Cancellation after May 1st, 2012 will only be fully refunded if the room is re-sold. Reimbursement will be settled after the meeting. All cancellations or changes must be send in writing to: ll@bdp.dk
